The bubbles are curly rather than smooth. If the black haired bubble had lavender eyes, the look would be real Elizabeth Taylor, imo. I'm among the customizing imparied but someone with talent should be able to repaint these into a real Liz look alike. If one sees a resemblance to Candi in these dolls it doesnt really surprise me, since Sandra sculpted the Candi heads. It's not only the heads on these dolls that are sculpted so well, the body is too. The dolls actually have, hmm, err, nipples(hope that doesn't offend anyone!), as well as clavicles, rib cage and shoulder blades. The detailing is awesome. Told you that I am smitten, :-D! I hope you do get to meet someone from the list there, Melissa. We know how much fun that is! I will be closed from 8/24/01 through 9/3/01 for vacation. It is our annual dive trip and this year we are going to be scuba diving off the Venezuelan coast. No phones, tv etc., just a whole lot of peace and quiet. I wanted to let you know that dealers have been notified that the first container of the International dolls is scheduled to arrive in the country 8/27/01. After they are received at the Integrity warehouse and checked, they will begin shipping to dealers, reconfirming their arrival into dealer's hands should still be on target for the first week of September. Thanks Joan. I am glad you enjoyed the pics although I don't feel that I completely succeeded in capturing the beauty of these dolls. These sculpts are truly amazing. I received my Barbie Bazaar magazine yesterday and was very disappointed that they did not put pictures of the winning dolls in the issue. There was mention of them towards the back of the magazine but just in text. This was also the first time they did not print on the cover that the winners were in the issue. Hi All, Just love the holiday toast dolls. I ordered the Asian one with out even seeing the pics because Suzannes said she was the doll wearing the Femme Fatale suit in magazine ad, but now that I see the pictures I like them even more.
