HI All,
Thanks for the kind words on my pics. Robin, I really like the brown
Kari set. The tweedy pants in that one are really cool as well. You may
need to order another! Or check Big Lots if you have one in your area.
Thanks for the link to the other ones, as I hadn't seen the blue, green or
pink sets. I do have the green knit skirt and top on my red head fashion
model as I was able to get this one on a doll, and I love this outfit.
Melissa, wish we had things like the Doll and Teddy bear expo. It
would be really cool to see that many different kinds of dolls. I only
collect the 12 inch fashion dolls, but I LOVE to look at everything. Plus
I am a closet bear person. I make the excuse that my dolls need them. You
should see how many miniature bears the girls own. LOL
Pat, sorry things have been so hot down your way. We have been pretty
hot around here too, and on top of that the West Nile in Colorado is
horrendous. The numbers you hear on the news are not even close, as they
have quit testing all but the worst cases. Hubby had it, and was completly
miserable for a couple of weeks. There was a nasty flu going around at the
same time, and Grayson and I had that, and we just thought that Donnie had
it as well, till his came back and lingered. He headed to the Doc, who
said it was West Nile and to rest and drink fliuds. Not much they can do
for you. We have watering restrictions in place, so the only time you are
supposed to water is before 10 or after 6 and the mosquitoes come out to
get you then, so we haven't spent much time outside either. The cool and
rain this weekend is a welcome relief.
We start getting into our fall routine this week again, so I should be
able to spend a little more time on dolls, but this morning, it is off to
Savers for their 50% off sale. Time to look for stuff for a Halloween
costume, and to check out the dolls! Ahhh Fall!
