Hi all! Below is an excerpt from a message from Jason to me. He said that I could share it with the list. There is more to the line than just a simple choice between Adele, the AA doll and Veronique the caucasian doll.
<< The Collection is called (for now) the Adele and Veronique collection. Adele is African American while Veronique is white. They will make their first appearence at Toy Fair in Feb with roughly the following styles for the premiere collection:
Adele Basic Veronique Basic Adele Fashion #1 Veronique Fashion #2 Suited Adele(dressed doll) Evening Gown Veronique (dressed doll)
Pricing/availability will be available soon, we hope.The dolls can wear each other's clothing, of course. But they DO have different personalities and A LOT of attitude!!! We are so excited about these dolls here at Integrity and can't wait to share them w/ the buying public! I've been working on these dolls for a while now and the process hasn't been easy to say the least but the result is definately worth it!(and finally a doll I can call my own!) Don't worry, Candi is still alive and well here in fact there is a very extensive and beautiful 2002 line!
