Hi, Karla, I just got one of the new 2002 Charice baggies & she also had that dark mark on one of her arms. Very strange! I never even noticed it when she arrived. Oh, well... Melissa
Hi All,
I got a Christmas baggie from PD and it has dark marks on it's arm in a
couple places! I tried to take it off with comet cleanser and a "scrubby" but if wouldn't come off. I know about earrings turning green, etc. but this is new to me. Anyone have any ideas on what this is or if it is capable of coming off? I would greatly appreciate it.
