Wow Pat That sale sounds Fab. I would have been like a kid in a candy store, and broke before I was through. The Lilli was an amazing buy. They sell in the hundreds on Ebay for nice German ones. I would love one, but never think I will find one I can afford. My Target also had the the Mystery Squad dolls at $5.00, so I picked up another Kenzie to redo, and I got two Amazing nails Barbies for $2.50 each. I love the dresses on these dolls, and I can use the dolls for makeovers. I already had picked up some nice dolls on clearance for Toys for Tots, but keep it in mind when you see sales like this. It is a good way to make your money go farther for the kids, and they don't know they were clearanced, just that they got a great doll. I can get nicer ones than I might normally pick up, as well as more of them.

I went to Target today looking for some hardware stuff & had to see the dolls of course. They had Kelsey of the Mystery Squad on sale for $4.96 & the Barbie & Theresa of something to do with beading. For the same price. This last thing came with a plastic container into which you put a dress that first you apply stickers of varying designs to...and then you shake this plastic container thing & colored 'beads' stick to the 'stickers'. The 'beads' look sort of like sand. Any hoo, I don't know how that 'll come out as I gave it to my grand daughter & kept the Theresa for myself because she had such pretty hair in 2 diff. dark colors & a neat style. I really haave to quite buying dolls. I had gone to an estate sale ( which really should have been called a doll sale) of a woman who had been in the doll business & got such great bargains. She was selling Barbie stuff from as far back as the 70's & selling all those great fancy dresses from the 80's for just $3 a box. NRFB Barbies from between $10-$30. I got that Egyptian Barbie from a few years back in the turquoise & gold, for $30, ,,,Dolls of the World for $10 ,,,an old, nude, Shave & something Ken with lots of hair, for $2. A display case from the old Barbie's Dream Shop that has these mirrors & hat holders & gloves holders ontop of it, that pink roll top desk of a few years ago...for a few dollars & some paper dolls & the big find ... a small Bild Lily that was not priced & they let me have it for $25 ...I understand it's worth quite a bit more than that but I don't know much about her, so don't know what she's really worth, tho a friend who saw her said she was in perfect condition with bow in hair & red swimsuit .
