Thanks for the input, Dena. That gives me more info before I make my decision. I I would have be bummed to have paid that much money for a doll with thin hair. I do like the doll, though, she's cooly elegant and her wardrobe looks très chic. Nearly scared me there for minute, Randall, until I saw you forwarded the link to the pics on this email.... lol.... I love pictures! You're right about the long, straight black hair on the Silkstone, it does look great! I've wondered what the hair would be like on those dolls if it was let down. Does anyone have a Tyler Wentworth that they've taken the hair down on? I came within a hair-width of buying one this weekend, but wasn't sure what the hair would look like. If I can't play with a doll (debox, redress, and do hair) then I wouldn't be very happy. Robin Randall C Herman randall90@juno.com wrote: Sorry, forgot the link in the last one:
Wanted to share some pics of a couple of my new dolls. The pic on the left is Heat Wave Alysa wearing Barbie's slightly modified "Chasing Daisies". The one on the right is the Silkstone Lingerie #3 with her hair down and straightened. Sorry, she's naked. I like the long straight black hair on here a lot! http://www.geocities.com/randall_90/dolls.jpg
