Good gawd! Ms. Hamilton is her own worst public relations officer. Her negative comments about Jason and Suzanne served no useful purpose whatsoever. Even her comments about us ("collectors...a lot stay away from messy chat world...") was offensive. Her lack of professionalism has stunned me.
