Oh my!!!  I'm glad this list and some of the members are still here, too.

 

Over the past 10 years, we have been gifted with 6 (yes, six) great-grandchildren and by the end of December will have 8 total.  Especially good news is that our only grandDaughter is having her first and it's a girl.  An unbroken string of womyn for 8 generations!!  As the family genealogist AND a rabid feminist, I'm ecstatic!!!  LOL.  All of this also means we have had several graduations and weddings and one hand fasting that I "officiated" for one of the grandsons.  We, hubby and I, have also had several losses:  all of our parents are gone, the family matriarch, and a beloved cousin and various and sundry others.  And life goes on.

 

I no longer collect, space and money became big factors.  I did score a "Princess Rebecca" fashion doll at a doll show -- "Rebecca" being my name in the real world.  Now I collect paper dolls.... was actually quite surprised to see how many new artists there are.  (Google "paper doll" and see what happens!!!  I've even made it to two paper doll conventions and intend to go to more.  Artist Tom Tierney lives here in Texas and has begun hosting a pd party every spring which is also a lot of fun.  I'd drive out to Smithville just to listen to him tell stories of his life!  He's so cool and such a sweetie.

 

Every time I hear Jason Wu's name, I remember how we all cheered for him when he got his driver's liscense!!  LOL.
