On page 57 is a hardcopy version of the online ad and order form for the Premiere issue of Haute Doll shipping in November. On page 14, there is a letter from the editor Karen Caviale with more details on Haute doll, including what we all know that Sydney will be the cover doll and RT is designing a limited ed. Syd that the first 500 Haute readers will have first chance to order in the Oct issue of Barbie Bazaar and there will also be a form available online at the Barbie Bazaar website. We can also get on the preorder Syd list by emailing mcpub@barbiebazaar.com, according to the letter. I mailed my check for the Premiere issue on 5-26 so I'm sure I'm one of the first 500.

If enough fashion doll fans order the premiere issue of Haute Doll, the publishers will start bi-monthly publication in March, 2004. I bet with the problems other fashion doll mags have faced, the publishers of BB are going to test for a committed market before publishing and BB proves they can put out a high-quality mag.
