Ich leite einfach mal die Mail weiter an die Liste, die ich von Browns Gallery bekommen habe.

Kann es wirklich sein, dass es keine Lingerie Silkstones mehr geben soll!!?? Die sind doch besch.... Sorry, aber ich halte das für Schwachsinn und kann nur hoffen, dass es nur ein Gerücht ist.

Wer soll sich denn die Silkstone Dressed Dolls alle leisten können!? Die Lingeries sind bisher ja in einer vertretbaren Preisklasse. Komisch, dass immer nur auf negative Beschwerden gehört werden zu scheint....

Habt ihr dieses "Gerücht" auch schon gehört?

Dann sollen sie den Silkstones doch ein ganz einfaches langes schlauchartiges Stretchkleid anziehen, damit bloß niemand zu viel von der nackten Puppe sieht. Hauptsache, es gibt in Zukunft noch günstige Silkis!

Wie gesagt, ich hoffe, dass es nur ein Gerücht und falsch ist.

The official word from Wendy at Mattel Canada is, "It has been confirmed by the U.S. that the Lingerie Dolls will not return in 2004 while all other dolls in the Barbie Fashion Model Collection will continue as planned."

The lingerie doll #6 is a very pretty doll, and sadely she will be the last. She is perhaps one of my favorite, and we have heard nothing but praise of her from our customers. We will hate to see the Lingerie dolls discontinued. It has been dificault to show how lovely she is since we are forbidden to show pictures of this doll in our advertisements, under duration of loosing our Mattel accounts. She was that hot and that controvereal. Since you can not see her or her clothing I will describe her for you.

She wears a soft greysatin slip trimed in pretty black lace at the top and bottom, with black straps and a tiny black bow. Her panties are the same grey satin trimed also in black lace. She wears sexy black stocking trimed in black lace at the top and black lace-up spike high heals. She wears a black ribbon in her pretty red hair that reaches to her waist. Her eyes are painted in a smokey grey shadow and her lips are a pretty pink. To compleate the outfit she is wearing silver hoop earings. If you haven't purchased one yet, we encourage you to do so now, as we have a very limited supply of these dolls.
