Welcome to the wonderful world of INTERNATIONALIZATION (i18n). This unit provides the powerful mechanism of national language support by accessing .mo files. It includes: locales (not xlocales, because its just 'draft') and libintl. Actually, there are no tools available, so you have to create your .po files by hand. See documentation for gettext ('info gettext') for details.
