Thank you, my computer is quite modern, and they look fine. It's a matter of the font used, obviously, the computer used to display them has hardly anything to do with it.

Even in Pascal we have things like `..' (standard Pascal), `=>' and `base#number' and `**' (EP), or `#number' (BP), e.g., even while other languages are much heavier in this regard.

Well, on this basis (Nathanael, making silly overgeneralizations and putting words, er characters ;-), in my mouth, and Thorsten, making wrong accusations combined with personal offence) it's pointless to discuss any further, and the issue isn't relevant to the origial topic anyway, so I consider this thread closed.
