There were no volunteers. What a pity. Within the last two weeks, there were about 30 spams per day and only 3 genuine posts that got delayed. I cannot sort them out by hand. Therefore, I changed the list configuration. Subscribers can still post. Non-subscribers get a message back which asks them to authenticate their message. It's as easy as replying (keeping the subject) with the word "accept" in the mail's body. I hope this will work well. When you write to gpc-announce you can authenticate your mail the same way.
