Very cool. Thank you. I think I understand what each line does. I'll try it when I'm back in my lab. Is there a reason why you like /pascal/bin instead of /bin or /usr/local/bin? The existing 20041218 distribution installs itself into /usr/local. After verifying that the new version works, I'd like to over-write the old one, and I think I can figure out how to re-tar the pascal files and re-expand them into the /usr/local structure.
