Yes. And 'program foo' -> 'foo.pas', while 'program Foo' -> 'Foo.pas'. Same with 'unit Foo', etc., etc.
(As I said, this would violate Pascal's case-insensitivity, so I don't approve of it ...)
Neither do I. It is really silly ...
