I'm not sure who you mean with "you". AFAIK, none of the core GPC developers uses EMX, so we can't provide a binary. There was one person (Yuri Prokushev) on this list who tried building GPC for EMX recently, so maybe he can provide a binary. (If you have one and would like to upload it to our server, Yuri, let me know.)

No, I can't. I'm too busy now because I'm passing Ph.D. exams now. Recent test build not usable yet.
