Hello, everybody!

I uploaded four patches from gpc-970714 to the "current state of the art", gpc-970806, to ftp://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/gnu-pascal/beta. A detailed list of changes will follow with the next beta release.

While there are only minor changes (bug fixes) to GPC, I started to make up the documentation crucially; comments are welcome.
