Did some checking and found: svgalib directory name, start of file names Svgalib proper noun in man page, etc but no SvgaLib while at it, visited agnes: ftp://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/~nicola din't work, but ftp://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/home/nicola did. The file found there is all lower case.
