Hi there I have problem with my Delphi application. I want to compile it under Linux. Do you know if gnu-pascal supports the Delphi language? Or exist any other ways to translate it first to C or Pascal? Thanks for your help Regards Thomas
Hi!

The BP7 stuff: yes. Delphi specials: not yet.
Or exist any other ways to translate it first to C or Pascal?
You may try FPK Pascal (http://home.pages.de/~FPK-Pascal/). Their compiler is less portable and does not support the ISO Standard for the Pascal language, but they are closer to full Delphi compatibility. Delphi is basically a Windows-version of Pascal. Made also by borland, it should work. The last text version of Pascal from Borland that I hvae is7.0 which was object oriented, and pre-windows. Delphi came out as the next version. ------------------------------------------------------- Jim Roland, President Roland Internet Services, "The host with the most" Offering premier web, email and CGI custom programming.
