Thanks a lot. However when I have a uses GPC; or uses CRT;

line in a file, file.pas

then

calling "gpc file.pas"

produces -module/unit interface 'GPC' could not be imported -module/unit interface 'CRT' could not be imported

Probably my installation is not fine-tuned?
