Hi All,

I have just successfuly brought up my own little WWW server & have placed the html docs to the latest ver (19990409) on it. Also, I have a rather strange itch to scratch by adding information to the docs and sort of 'fleshing' them out. I will post the newest html docs on my server, along with diff -u files of the originating .texi files, a change log, and soon... tar'd & gzipped html documentation files.
