I'm posting this from an e-mail from me to Peter about GPC 2.1. I think that the "stand-by" version should be GPC 2.1.0 rather than 2.0.1, there have been a great many significant improvments from gpc 2.0 to where it is now even tho it's not quite there yet.
I also wanted to add something, when I said the "gamma" version should be released when DJGPP 2.8.1 is released, I meant that if the current Beta version is not ready, then the "stand-by" version be released instead with a note saying that the next version is in the works and is near completion (or something to that effect).
