I am running windows XP and I am getting an error when trying to compile a pacal program. The error reads: gpc: installation problem, connot exec 'gpcpp': No such file or directory. I have downloaded and installed the patch from the MinGW website and a few others as well and all give the same error. This error, according to the patches documentation, shouldn't be happening on XP but it is and the patch fails to fix the bug. I'd apreciate and help, advice, or what ever can be done to help. Thanks Alan

What gpc version are you using, and what files did you install? How is your Mingw installation organised?
