Well, I only had trouble on alpha platforms: both DU4.0 and GNU/Linux crash the same way. It built correctly (but I haven't tested it at all) on Solaris 7/sparc and /x86 and GNU/Linux/sparc and /x86. It also presented some problems on SunOS 4.1.3, and installed man-pages in the wrong directory.
