Whoa, do you have any idea of how many of us there are in the world that collect dolls? It's the same as collecting anything else,coins, stamps, license plates, matchbooks covers, barbed wired, beer cans, bottle caps ....yes I know of collections of all of these. coins & stamps used to be the top collector items but I believe dolls, at least for a few years there, top even them I loved dolls as a kid, but had only sons & didn't start collecting dolls other than those left from my childhood...until I was in my 50's . I was always fascinated by the small stuff, by miniatures which drew me 1st to Barbie than other fashion dolls. Actually, I love their'stuff' as much as the dolls, the clothes, the purses, hats, furniture etc.
