Hi, all! Just had to share... I received today 4 Disney Princess Masquerade Dolls that I bought at the Disney Store Online for $9.99 each. Evidently they were originally $22.50 each. They are really cute-Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, and Cinderella in fabulous Mardi Gras style masquerade ball outfits. I've been off the computer for a while, so how fun to check emails and see one from you with a site update.
I love your "cleaning" diorama - a very chic place with nice furniture, modern coffee table, nice artwork, plant - but lots of household chores going on. You do a good job of laying out clothes and coat hangers, as well as all the housecleaning stuff. And the bubbles in the bucket is so clever! How did you get a guy to do the ironing? lol You did a good job on that.
Under "swaps" did you get Vanina, Mauwena and Blanca through swaps? They all look gorgeous, although Vanina to me is just so incredible looking, I love her streaked hair. I see these girls are very skilled at makeovers. Natalie looked very happy after they were done with her. Her outfit is gorgeous, and she has a new arm to hold her wonderful little bag. Wish I could get a makeover like that (except, not the arm thing, lol).
Oh, and I went in and checked out Sharon again. I still love her, although I think Vanina has become my favorite now.

Isn't that silly, all that stuff in the paper which Mattell says,' Barbie & Ken are splitting & she's going to go with Blaine.' I have news for them . In my house Blaine is already taken by one of the Generation girls. Barb will just have to stick it out with some of the many reincarnations of Ken, not to mention Capt. My understanding was that the Blaine doll was to be used as Barb's new boyfriend...could be wrong. I only have the orig. Blaine Generation doll. never did see the newer one that was to be out in the second Generation set or I'd have gotten him too as I believe there was neat stuff that came in his set. He came & went rather swiftly. But as I said before , I've always paired any different male that looked halfway appropriate with Barbie , Candi, et al . I liked Paul David's black version of his Dominic doll & with the moustache. I could kick myself for not buying more of him when Paul D put so much of his stuff on sale before he moved to Fla. Unfortunately I didn't see this great sale until too late.
I did notice that in this year's swimsuit collection , the Cali dolls, that Skipper was missing. they also only had the white version of Ken & no black male, as in the past few sets. Also, tho there's supposed to be a black girl doll in this set I haven't seen her as yet, all the rest , but not her.
