I saw the Serengeti Sunset Janay before Christmas and thought she was lovely. Hopefully I will get one but right now I'm trying to be on a budget and the only time I buy something a doll is when it's on clearance, at the flea market, or something that I cannot pass up because I may never see it again. LOL It is tough, we'll see how long I can hold out. What do you all think about the My Scene Barbie dolls? I am quite fond of all three but have refrained from purchasing any. I don't like buying modern Barbie. Usually if I like something new I wait a few weeks and I'm over it (and glad that I didn't buy) but I've had my eyes on them for quite a while now. The only thing that I don't like is the metallic/glittery make-up. I would prefer more natural colors in the make-up and the reason why I like the clothing so much is because they use more neutral colors and not so much pink.

My Husband bought me the My Scene Barbie and Chelsea for Christmas but we couldn't find Madison anywhere. We finally did get her at TRU and now I have the complete set. I won't be buying any clothes for them, etc. They are just nice to have.

The big head dolls are all the rage with young girls right now. I won't be getting one.
