Hi All, I agree with Elizabeth here. You need to watch some web sites. I visit Debs Pink Parlor once a day. It is a great way to keep up on all the new dolls. There are some really big fans of the FR dolls by Integrity over there, so I always see the new pics early enough to get things ordered. If you wait till these things hit the pics in the magazines, they are already sold out. Right now Integrity is making VERY limited runs of these, 1000 to 1200 at most. The quality is super high, and they are just beautiful You see Jasons attention to detail in every seam. Watching the boards is also a good way to keep up with the sales. I have gotten some great bargains over the years, by just checking the gossip. Also, many dealers post some great prices over there. I just got myself a bunch of the silkstone things from one of the dealers there at a really great price. I got the wardrobe trunk, A Model Life gift set, and three of the fashions ( Country Bound, Midnight Mischief, Black Enchantment) all for $160.00. A little less than half price. I just couldn't bring myself to spend $100.00 on the trunk alone, so I was tickled to find this great sale price. It is a really nice piece, I just didn't think it was worth the full price. I will say one thing, after deboxing the fashions, Integritys quality is better! I found one of the pins broken, plenty of loose threads, and I will have to move a snap on one of the fashions to EVER get it closed, and that is putting it on a silkstone doll. As I got them on sale, I will deal with it, but if I had paid full price, I would have returned a couple of things. Anyway, worth watching over there. People are starting to post about after Christmas prices, so keep an eye out.

love hearing from all of you. Would you believe I actually saw just one , but the whole set, of the Integrity African Legends at one of our Walmarts. Only at that one store tho & only 1 set & I did get the male doll as I find him fascinating & he can go with the Barbie dolls of the World such as the Ghana etc. they've need a man like him for so long. Our Walmart stores differ so much from one another,,,,you'd think they'd all get the same things or put the same things on sale at the same time ...but not so. Also, sev. new Barbies are out just this very week at one of the Walmarts. I saw for the 1st time , the newest set of the grandparents sold seperately instead of with the kitchen..and there were sev. black grandma's who has the same hairstyle as the white doll but just one black grandpa & I snatched him up as he has the salt & pepper curly hair & so unique looking. My dolls appreciate this mature & sophisticated looking male. In this same grandpa doll set was a plastic toy trunk, some baby toys & a really cute doll in a cradle. in another set , there are 3 babies, to be play friends of the original Midge baby- that look to represent 3 diff. ethnicities. And the Grecian doll is so wonderful, what a great hair style! Pat Hawkins
I also have some Xmas doll photos of my scenes, but they are of Barbie & the little kids & Gene & Tyler . If you care to see them , drop me a line as I have to send them individually. Pat Hawkins
