Robin, it's wonderful - but please tell Candi not to leave that coffee or tea cup on the computer - it's just waiting to leap into the keyboard and give her a really bad day. The IT manager will hit the roof.
Love those mini arch lever file binders on the book shelves. Cheers Sandra in sunny and hot Brisbane

Welcome Newbies!
We're glad to have you join us. This group has some amazingly talented people, some who share photos of their doll makeovers, others who share photos of their fabulous dolly collections, many who provide hints and info about doll deals, and others who give us exciting news about new arrivals. It's a great place to come for doll lovers. I'm not so much a doll collector as I am a doll player. I debox everything! lol And there is no such thing as too many clothes! lol Recently I've gotten into accessories and wherever I go I'm always scanning for potential miniatures. Elizabeth, you said looking at your dolls calmed you. I'd never thought about that before, but I think I get the same type of pleasure from my dolls. Hey group, I've never shared any photos before because I can't compete with the incredible talent here, but I've had so much fun with accessories lately I hope you'll take a look at the photo on my site and let me know what you think.
Regards, Robin

Hi Sandra
Are you talking Brisbane in Australia? If so, I used to live there until a couple of years ago. Now I'm in Sydney.

Hey Lunar, Robin & all! I live in Southern Maryland, but was born in Oklahoma, grew up in Japan, taught school in & around Sydney for eight years, before resettling in America with hubbie & son... Melissa

Hi Robin
It sure is a small world. It would be nice to travel to the US and Canada someday as well as Europe.

Good grief, you are a true international, child of the world. You've been privileged to see so much of it. Many of us could envy you. I am currently living in Alabaster Alabama, just south of Birmingham. We've lived in about 8 diff. states over our married life, as my husband's job used to transfer us all over the place. Not so necessary in these days of computers & quick flights. Originally I'm from Lousiville Ky. home of the Kentucky derby ,( altho I just got to see it once myself. ). We've traveled all over the US, twice to Europe, once to the Bahamas & hope to go to Canada next year as my husband retired this year...we want to travel a lot more while we still are able.
