If you are talking about a Candi, Barbie or other 11.5" vinyl, there are 2 methods you can try. The first one is Remove-Zit by Twin Pines and the 2nd method is extra strength, clear formula, Clearasil.

I've removed stains with both of them, although it sometimes takes more than one application. I apply it, leave it on for a day, then remove. If a 2nd treatment is needed, I always let the vinyl rest for a 24 hr. period before reapplying. I have found with the dark stains that it usually takes 3 applications for removal.

I don't use Remove-Zit on the 16" dolls, or on the torsos of the 11.5" dolls. I've heard too many reports of melt marks. I haven't had a problem with Clearasil, though.
