Hi, all! Good grief; forgot to mention the real surprise for some. Tonner is going to put out a line of dolls from the movie, "Chicago", it seems. He had a display of the 2 main characters, blond with curls & black with pixie cut & several outfits that I assume are from the film as I have never seen it. They are Tyler size dolls. Don't know when they are coming out, but evidently there will be a Tonner Convention in Chicago next year so maybe there... Anyone have more info from other sources? Melissa in MD
Hi Melissa, Go rent the movie. You will love it! We got it this past weekend, and it was so nicely done. Great costumes and staging. Queen Latifah was great in it, and even Richard Gere managed a decent tap dance. Heard it was a real battle for him, but it looked good. About the only dissapointment for me in it, was the coreography on " Mr. Cellopane" was changed from the slighty more funny look Bob Fosse orriginally did, but the actor that played it was still good.
The dolls from it sound nice. Good thing I don't do Tonner or I would probably be in trouble!

Did you like them? I have two reactions to this; first, I love Tonner fashion dolls and I wanna see 'em and probably gotta have them; second, he puts out so much stuff I can't keep up ($$$) so I'm not going to look at anything else in case I'm tempted. lol I love his new release boutique outfits for Tyler (but I'm resisting!).

Robin, They were nice looking. Having not seen the movie, I would probably only choose to get one of the dark haired ones in the 20's outfit with coat. (But, I'm not going to.) The other outfits were kind of racy. I'm just not that big a Tonner fan. I own ONE Mei Li and ONE Tyler. The Mix & Match Outfits are great, though, even if a bit pricey. Melissa
