Update for Mac OS X

Updated compiler sources, binaries and patches for Mac OS X can be downloaded from <http://www.microbizz.nl/gpc.html>. Please note that there are separate binary installer packages for Mac OS X 10.3 and Mac OS X 10.4. The distribution is based on gpc-20050331, gcc-3.4.4 and Waldek's MacPascal (& Delphi) object support patches (delphi14.diff). Regards, Adriaan van Os
