kampi must be down

Hey guys, I tried to connect ftp://kampi.hut.fi/jtv/gnu-pascal/ from Brazil and my Netscape said that it shoud be down. Does anybody know what happend? Could you tell me any mirror site for download? Thanks, Marcelo.
