From any GNU mirror. But I recommand to get gpc-19990118 from ftp://agnes.dida.physik.uni-essen.de/gnu-pascal/beta/ instead. It works with gcc-2.8.1 or egcs-1.1.1 and is more stable than gpc-2.0 anyway.
