display flushing problem on Linux X11

      Hi all,
	if one does some drawing followed by a GrSleep() on Linux X11 the
display is incomplete while sleeping. My fix: add "FSync(_XGrDisplay, 0)"
before usleep() in src/misc/x11misc.c.
