2.4?

Greetings everyone, I'm wondering what the status of 2.4 is. Is it still being developed? Is there an estimate for when it might be released? Is it available in its current state for beta testing? Any information would be appreciated. I checked the GRX site (http://www.gnu.de/software/GRX/) but I couldn't find any details. Thanks! Ben
