Hi guys, Thanks everyone for such generous feedback. I had fun doing Candis Wish, from learning digital photography to beginning a website to playing with dolls (mostly enjoyed the dolls). I like sharing with this group, youre all such positive people. To answer the questions: I did not make the clothes. Rosies dress is a Fashion Ave made of stretchy material, so it went on easily. I bought cheap dolls to rob them of the bridesmaid dresses. The pictures by the water were taken at our cottage in Canada. I gathered some rocks from the shoreline and a dried twig, and arranged them at the end of the dock, then I waded waist high into the water to photograph. I also arranged the dolls on rocks around the shoreline. The pregnant doll is a Steffie doll. There is actually a removable baby in the tummy. I removed Steffies head and replaced it with Dollys head (took creatively to come up that name, lol). Dolly is a Barbie/Teresa, and I have several of them, so it wasnt a sacrifice to break one apart. Thanks again for being so supportive. These days Im collecting 16" dolls and playing with dioramas, but I still adore Candi. Robin --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Really good news!

Hi all, I had written a little while ago that I was waiting for Target to get in the evening gown set that I got last year but they didn't have them this year. I was really disappointed!! I also had gotten a beautiful evening gown set last year from Penneys and I couldn't wait for the cagalog to come to order the fashions only to find out that Penneys was not going to carry them either. Well I got the box from Penneys that the fashions came in and tried to contact the company that made them. I was able to get 2 phone numbers for the "Lucky Corp." in New York. The first one was a textile business and here I am deseparate asking about doll clothes. Finally, an ending! You know how patient I've been, waiting for you to complete the story, :-). I thought it was great that her wish was the same it has been at some point in time for all of us. I did NOT expect to see my name worked into the story and was taken completely by surprise! I'll be expecting that phone call, LOL! BTW, where were the pics by the water taken? I thought the scenery was beautiful. I hope you had as much fun doing this as I did keeping up with it and appreciate you sharing this with us! Good pics, Cindy. Just out of curiousity, what kind of digital camera do you use? Jason intended the fur to simply drape over the arm as it is in the box. I guess this is haute couture. I wouldn't drag a fur around like that but then again, it is politically correct "faux" fur, so maybe I would after all, LOL. Feline Formality Picstures!

Hi! I took some pictures of my Deboxed Feline Formality showing her fur stole. Also I have a picture of how her hair is sewn. (I had never seen this done before.) I got the stole to stay around her arms by using the wall to hold it up as it won't stay up by itself.
