Hi! Wanted to share some pics of a couple of my new dolls. The pic on the left is Heat Wave Alysa wearing Barbie's slightly modified "Chasing Daisies". The one on the right is the Silkstone Lingerie #3 with her hair down and straightened. Sorry, she's naked. I like the long straight black hair on here a lot!

Happy Sunday All!... I just got a new digital camera (finally!)...and wanted to share a couple of photos...they aren't Candi pics, but I will be able to share those soon.... Good morning everyone! I haven't had the time to participate in much chat since returning from the doll show this past weekend, which, btw, was a lot of fun! This particular show is put on by the Metroplex Doll Club and they do a really good job with organization. They also keep an area of the room where they set up a display of member's dolls for the public to see and one can't help but admire the diversity of dolls on the tables. I have spoken with the Wakeen sales manager and found out there are some changes to the line. Three of the Eve dolls that were to be produced - Night At the Opera; Cocktails at 8 and Boston Bound have been cancelled and there are new dolls that have been announced. Their pics, eta and pricing are now on the site. They have also canceled the Basic Cassie dolls and will be offering the already announced Premiere Cassie and a new one called Window Shopping Cassie, whose pic is now on the site as well. The Cassie fashions have also been canceled because she will be able to wear Eve's clothing, even though she is shorter than the Eve dolls at just a smidge under 15". The edition size for all of the dolls is only 750 each style. Hello! I wanted to offer a FS doll to you all before I try to sell her elsewhere. I just got Future World Alysa in the mail. She's the one with blue hair. I am so happy with my new Alysas (Heat Wave) that I'm really not that interested in any of the dolls with the old, larger face mold. OT: WTB or WTT McDonalds Madame Alexander Toys

Hi! Sorry for the OT but for those who may be interested in Madame Alexander dolls you need to go to McDonalds! I just found out about them this morning. There are eight dolls: AA and Caucasion Bride, AA and Caucasion Groom, Peter Pan, Little Red Riding Hood, Teddy Bear doll, and Cool Cathy. They are jointed at the neck, arms, and legs, some have hair, they have at least one item of clothing that is fabric. AND they have the cutest little open/close eyes! I stopped at every McDonalds that I could find on my way home this morning and most of them seem to be selling them seperately for 1.06. Now, here's the trouble I'm having. I want two of the white groom doll. I want to put them away because I think they'd make a darling cake topper for when Michael and I have out commitment cerimony! BUT the Mcdonalds here are already out : (. Please let me know if you can help me out. I'd buy them or if anybody wants to trade I have the AA groom, Cacausion bride, and Peter Pan that I'd gladly trade! Randall

Yes, it has been quiet on the list. I would imagine that in addition to the cleaning bug that seems to hit this time of year, most have been preparing for Easter as well. Rather than Spring cleaning for me, though, I'm working on taking pics of new merchandise and getting up pics of actual boxed dolls that I had not had time to get to yet. New pics will be popping up all over the site, LOL! I just got in some fun accessories and have set up a new miscellaneous page on my site for them. They are the purses from Basic Fun that can be used for the 15.5" to 16" dolls as handbags, or a tote for the 11.5" dolls. These are really great! There are currently 12 styles in stock with 12 more styles due in the near future. I've also put some of the Kingstate short boots for the larger fashion dolls on the page as well. I've still got to get up pics of the tall boots and the pumps and sandals, so feel free to ask about color availability until they are up. I'm selling all of the boots and shoes individually rather than in packs, so it will be easier to get just what colors or styles are wanted. The pumps and sandals are priced at $4 per pair, the short boots are $5 per pair and the tall boots are $6 per pair.
