I have been wanting to post and it seems like I can't even gather my thoughts. I am discusted by this whole thing. As far as fearing the end of Candi, come on ... look how many stages this doll has went through ... the fighting, the name calling, etc. of all the people involved. Candi has survived IN SPITE OF Helena. But then again, maybe the end of Candi would be a good thing. Mikelman did some great work with the doll and Jason is now doing some fabulous work. IMO, everything good about the doll has came from Mikelman or Jason, nothing from Helena. Helena has only been along for the ride, because she owns the name. I can understand Helena being upset about not having had final aprooval on the dolls. From a designer's perspective, I understand how both Jason and Helena think, designwise. However, I'm pretty sure Candi would be better off with cheif designer Jason Wu (or chef as Helena spelled it???) without Helena's aproval. Do you all remember the bows that she put on all of Candi's ... well everything? What about the pink satin dresses? The gingham coctail dress? I could go on for hours, but I don't need to. This truly makes me want to rid my collection of Candi. Randall

HI All, Weel I for one think SUZANNE has more tact and diplomacy and just generally MORE CLASS in her little pinky than Ms, Hamilton and a certain person in OHIO have in there whole Bodies!!!! I for one am a LOYAL customer of Suzanne and I dont think ANYONE could hardly ask for a better person to deal with!!! SUZANNE we ALL LOVE YA!!! TTYS KEVIN

This letter was interesting. I know of no conspiracy between Jason and myself, nor can I say that Jason has ever tried to turn me against Helena or vice versa. I have never had another dealer tell me that Jason bad mouthed or trashed Helena Hamilton either. I have never seen Jason exhibit anything other than professionalism in our dealings. As for the rest of the letter regarding Integrity or Jason, it isn't my place to comment. A few weeks ago, I made the decision to sever my relationship with Hamilton Toys and did so. This decision was based on multiple business levels but I had not said anything publicly because, after all, it was a behind the scenes decision that collectors need not concern themselves with. I have said many times that collectors should enjoy collecting and let those who have to deal with the business aspect do so. The picture you have been presented with in this letter is distorted and inaccurate at the very least but in the interest of professionalism, for just one reason, I don't intend to go into details to defend myself. Thank you to those who have seen through the section that appears to be an attempt to trash my reputation and spoken of me in a positive manner. I very much appreciate your support. HI Karla, Might be a contracdiction there, What were you talking about , since you said the new Charice looked like a clown but after said that that you LIKED MIKELMANS painting and you couldnt picture us not being able to get her? TTYS KEVIN

HI All, LUNAR I went and got out BOTH dolls, The 1998 HIspanic Christmas Candi and one of my GISELLE dolls and did a CLOSE UP Side by side comparision of them!! I wrote another post over at Vickis and left my review of both over there in response to my previous message, Be VERY INTERESTING to see if I get any response back from the original poster or not!!
