Hello to all my old friends and a hello to all my new friends as well. I apologize, up front for cross posting like this, but I wanted to get the word out that I have 5 Candi fashion dolls up on eBay. For those of you who don't know me yet... I am not a doll dealer. I'm a collector of OFDs and I'm thinning out my collection and wanted to let everybody know. My loss is your gain. LOL. I will, hopefully, be doing a blitzkrieg eBay thing with the rest of the dolls, books and a bit of jewelry and then settle back into my normal role as collector and person who loves to play with my dolls. For those of you who do know me... I'm still finding and unpacking my dollies. It's been very therapeutic to just "play". Looking forward to interacting on a less commercial basis in the future. Thank you Kevin!! June, I think your post was way out of line on a lot of levels. I'm a rabid liberal and I pay my bills. Not paying bills has anything to do with one's political agenda. For that matter, I don't think it has anything to do with being AA either! Nor does being liberal equate wanting handouts, either. I can't even remember how many unprofessional/unreliable/incompetent men I've done business with and no one seems to think it is a reflection of the business ethics of the male gender. And, just for the record, most liberals are not members of any minority. They are male and they are white. There just aren't enough of them with the backbone to stand up for what they believe in and vote their conscience. Let's not go there. I think we can discuss this issue without mud slinging. June, thanks for your response. How did you acquire your prototype dolls? Do they look different from the ones that are mass produced, in other words, do changes to the doll occur in the production process? Do prototype dolls come dressed? Hi Leanne, We've been through the same heartbreaking experience with several of our pets over the years. We've always kept them at home and administered pain meds, etc., ourselves right up to the end. We've never had an animal put down. I've had some that died in the night and others that died in my arms and I wouldn't have it any other way. There was even one time that we crushed up several sleeping pills in milk and gave it to our dog with a syringe. He went to sleep and woke up in the Otherworld. As difficult as it to lose a beloved pet (and they all are, aren't they?) it would have been much more difficult to let a stranger do it. I'm sending you lots of courage, love, and strength energies. HI All, Well I personally think (JMO) But June you were way off base here, I have to agree with weaver completely here, There are many really good folks that have troubles paying them bills every month and If truth be told I happen to be one of them and I resent HIGHLY it being said that people that cant pay their bills are nothing short of thieves, NOT COOL at all, That discussion should have NEVER been started in the first place!! This is my FINAL words on the subject and I wont subject the group to this again! ttys Kevin

HI All, An addendum to my last e-mail, Not paying ones bills is NOT ALWAYS considered THEFT, I think that was a little harsh to lump what Helena has done in with some unfortunate folks who have troubles and cant help sometimes not being able to pay their bills, which she did BILK alot of people, BUt there are some folks who actually have trouble paying bills sometimes thru no fault of their own and i dont think it would be fair to call them thieves.
