Hi!
It is really a great news for whole GRX community that
MGRX is now up. It is also a hope to break the
deadlock in GRX related developments. MGRX, as a light
derivation from GRX, will now hopefully focus fixing
known GRX problems as mentioned on
http://grx.gnu.de/problems.html
especially improving DOS section by replacing the
generic funtions it uses. A standard VGA 640x480x16
DOS program still runs rock-solid under Windows 2K/XP
while VESA reportedly doesn't :)
There are also expectations to improve Win32 by
introducing Windows integration routines. Other
platforms should also have their platfrom specific
functionality as we see in Allegro.
The following issues on GRX Mailing List should also
be considered:
(19 Jun 2004)
Peter Gerwinski added some more W32 events:
GR_SIZE_CHANGED , GR_OS_DRAW_REQUEST , GR_COMMAND
More are warmly welcomed!
(14 Feb 2005)
Mario Zagar pointed out "Problem with GRX program
termination on windows XP?"
Wish MGRX best of luck!

Hi
I have released MGRX, it stands for mini-grx or my-grx or Mariano's
grx. It's a fork of GRX, only C API, no BGI, no add-ons, only 4
platforms supported: djgpp, mingw, linux-framebuffer and linux-X11. A
new and different input API. And support for x86-64.
The main site is http://mgrx.fgrim.com
Greetings, M.Alvarez
