Hi!
I finally tried to merge my modifications into grx-2.3.2:
- printing support from bcc2grx
- adding const to parameters in some place. Perhaps it should be done more carefully (simply I tried to eliminate compiler warnings from my C++ programs which uses BCC2GRX)
- makefiles for grx-2.3.2 doesn't provide rules for including BGI fonts in object library. Currently I didn't have time to mess much with makefiles, so I only put shell script in chr directory which does this for DJGPP
- removing some other warnings
