- improved/hacked win~1 screen save/restore - still doesn't work properly on WinXP (NT, 2K anyone?) - fixed demogrx to use spawn not system under win~1 (COMSPEC needs a console to run, but demogrx is GUI)

The makefiles are still not official, as explained in "sdl driver release candicate 2".
