Hi!
I changed 2 files - libgrx.h and palette.c so that it is compatible with the latest DJGPP/GCC version. Where can i send them? Who is the maintainer?

You can send them to the list. If you're afraid they're loo large or something, you can send them to me privately, and I'll put them on the web site.
Who is the maintainer?
Nobody at the moment, unfortunately. If noone else volunteers, I plan to make a fixup release sometime, but at the moment I'm more busy with other work ...
