Yes it's for that file. But it seems that I forgot some unnecessary (but harmless) stuff in src/makefile (VPATH=). I put it to try to fix including BGI fonts into library, but I don't have more time now for that.

Also convert it from DOS text file format to Unix one if You are going to apply it and compile under Linux.
