Also convert it from DOS text file format to Unix one if You are going to apply it and compile under Linux.

According to the license that comes with Borland Pascal 6.0 it is only legal to distribute BGI fonts for no costs along with your programs written with a Borland compiler.
So the answer is "no".
Maybe Borland have released some BGI fonts in the public domain meanwhile. Someone would have to check their web site ...
