No, they aren't mine. But the routines still are in the GRX addons branch. Nevertheless they need auxiliar libs and they don't read files in context. I prefer the cjpeg/djpeg utilities from www.ijg.org to convert PPM files from/to JPEG files. For TIFF you have the utilities in the NetPBM distribution.
