I am downloading it now (915 MB), but I already received a report that gpc works well with Xcode 2.3. It adds system support for dwarf-2 debug info (like the upcoming gcc-4 based compiler on Mac OS X). I will follow up.
My first impression of Xcode 2.3 with GPC is good.
- it looks like the infamous Xcode 2.2 and 2.2.1 bug that broke the GPC
Xcode Kit has been solved
- debugging seems to works better (so far I only tried on Intel Mac, but
I received a report that this is true (or partly true) for PowerPC also)
Some more exhaustive tests will have to follow.
Did those tests now. I recommend that GPC users on Mac OS X (both PowerPC and Intel) upgrade to Xcode 2.3.
