A quick report. It compiled okay with gcc-3.2.2 - but I haven't yet run the testsuite.
My Sysutils unit is broken :-( - lots of undefined asmnames (I am sure this can be fixed - but it got me a bit worried). Did you change any asmnames in the GPC and/or Strings units?
