The master FTP site for GNU Pascal is `agnes.dida.physic.uni-essen.de'. GNU Pascal related files can be found in:

Shouldn't we be using: http://home.pages.de/~GNU-Pascal/
Or does it not matter ?

Hmm ... not! The directory does not exist. Instead there is a gpc.README file that points to agnes ...
