Unfortunately the MinGW GCC maintainer Danny Smith doesn't include GPC in his distribution yet. What about a new release of your MinGW pascal compiler?
For my own use, I have stayed with gcc-3.2.3. I don't think that things are so brilliant with gcc-3.3.x and Mingw builds of GPC. However, I will give it a go sometime this week. If it works out well, then I will release binaries.
